If you're reading this you are almost certainly a woman over 40 who wants to lose weight. That much we know. What we don't know is if you're a good fit for my menopause weight loss program or not.
Well, let's figure that out right here, right now.
The Menopause Weight Loss Course is for you if any of the following apply:
- You are unclear as to how weight loss works (the What to do )
- You are quite clear on how weight loss works, you just struggle to *do it* consistently enough to see results.
- You have yo yo dieted and struggled with your weight for years
- You have never struggled with your weight until you hit perimenopause
- Your old tricks for losing weight aren't working anymore
- You need accountability to be successful at weight loss
- You are tired of trying to figure out what to eat and how to exercise on your own
The Menopause Weight Loss Course might not be for you if:
- You know exactly how to lose weight AND
- You consistently put that knowledge into practice to get results you are satisfied with
- You have never struggled with your weight
- Your old tricks are working like a charm to lose weight right now
- You are getting results without accountability
- You enjoy writing your own workouts/nutrition guidelines on your own and are pleased with the results you're getting with those plans

If not, well, now we know! This is great news because you and I don't want to waste your time or money on something you are not a good fit for. It's ok to be afraid. It's ok to doubt. Successful people have doubts too. It's just that they feel the fear... and do it anyway.
